♦ How We Began

WNS was founded in 1999 by a small group of volunteers. WNS advocated for victim of Domestic Violence, who goes to Hospital, Police, Lawyer office,　Court, and other Civil Services.
In 2002 WNS began hotline service. What began as a community awareness project, soon grew to include a hotline, available just a few hours a week. the hotline was run by volunteers supporter's office.
WNS began Internet Information Service from 2004, and also starting for mail counseling.
In 2008 WNS had started Internet information in English.
