At Women’s Net support (hereafter referred to as “WNS”), we are striving to
handle personal information in the most appropriate manner and have therefore
set the following guidelines in order to comply with the laws and regulations
regarding the protection of personal information set forth by the Japanese government
(hereafter referred to as “the laws and regulations”).

1. System for an appropriate handling of personal information

WNS has appointed a person responsible for the overall management and protection of
personal information and data. This person will make sure that personal information is managed appropriately, as well as explain to employees the appropriate way to collect and manage such data.

2. Collecting personal information

WNS will collect personal information in a proper manner.

3. Purpose of use

The personal information collected will only be used fore the implementation of the
Projects and programs defined in WNS’s endowment act, to perform regular general office duties, send announcements, brochures and similar materials, or send information and communications regarding the WNS programs.

4. Management of personal information

WNS will maintain the personal information accurate and take all appropriate measures in order to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

5. Disclosure of personal information to a third party

WNS will not disclose any personal information to a third party without that person’s consent, except in cases determined by the “laws and regulations”.

6. Release, correction and erasure of collected personal information

Those who wish to be informed about the purpose of use; or release, correct or erase the information provided; or does not wish their personal information to be disclosed to a third party: they should make a request to WNS . The request will be treated promptly and with integrity upon identity verification.

7. Continued improvement

In order to maintain the personal information appropriately protected, WNS commits itself to permanently control the situation of collection and management of personal information and will take any measure that is deemed necessary and appropriate to
